Personal Information Collection and Use Agreement

1. Collection of Personal Information & Purpose of Use
- We collect and use personal information necessary for the operation of the paper submission system of the Korean Magnetism Society.
- We collect the minimum amount of personal information necessary for the operation and management of the paper submission system as follows and do not use it for any purpose other than the purpose of operating the paper submission system.

2. Personal Information Collection Items
- Submitter information: ID, P.W., name, date of birth, affiliation (school), position, mobile phone number, E-mail

3. Obligation to manage ID and P.W.
- The member is responsible for all management of the ID and P.W. of the contributor. The member is responsible for all consequences arising from the neglect or unauthorized use of the ID and P.W. assigned to the member. If his/her ID and P.W. are used fraudulently, the member must notify the Society.

3. Retention and use period of personal information
- It shall be from the time of registration to the time of withdrawal.

4. Right to refuse consent and disadvantages of refusal
- You have the right to refuse the collection and use of personal information, and the above personal information is essential for the operation of the article submission system, so if you refuse to collect and use it, you will not be able to join as an article submission member.
